2 Axles Removale Drop Neck Lowboy Trailer Will Be Sent To Guyana

We're excited to share our latest order— 2 axles 40 tons removable drop neck lowboy trailer, the customer from Guyana, he found our drop neck trailer on our website in August 2025, and left an inquiry. Our manager, Mr. Jason, promptly followed up and began collaborating with him.

This customer runs a heavy equipment transport business in Guyana, moving machinery like excavators, rollers, and cranes, he asked a 40 tons capacity excavator lowbed trailer, loading deck size of 6.5 meters in length and 3 meters in width, and requested to leave space on the cargo deck, he will install wooden floor (2 inches thick) in local. Customer also wanted the trailer with 300mm extensions on both sides and mechanical ramps at the rear. It can allow equipment to be loaded either from the front or from the rear ramp—giving the customer flexible loading options.

After understanding customer's need in detail, Or manager Mr. Jason provided the detailed quotation and drawing. The customer placed the order in September. Production has now been completed, and we've shared photos, working videos, and load test results with the customer, he was very satisfied. This excavator low loader trailer is ready for shipment to Guyana.

1. Main beam

2. Side beam

BENHE 2 axles 40 ton removable gooseneck trailer adopts 280mm side beam "I beam" design, its loading capacity is 1.5 times more than the normal trailer which uses 250mm side beam.

What is the difference between removable gooseneck lowboy trailer and regular lowbed trailer?

1. The key difference lies in the detachable gooseneck. For the standard lowbed trailer, machinery can be driven up the rear ramps onto the deck or lifted into place by crane. The detachable gooseneck lowbed trailer allows front loading, rear ramps for optional, it can also rear loading.

2. The removable gooseneck trailer with a lower deck height, usually around 80cm from the ground, compared to about 120cm for regular lowbed models. This lower deck provides a lower center of gravity during oversized cargo transport, reducing sway and ensuring safer operation.

3. Price is also differenct due to different designs and structures. The detachable gooseneck lowbed trailer generally has higher manufacturing costs. Customers can make selections based on their specific requirements.
