We just shipped 3 units flat bed trailers to Côte d'Ivoire recently. After production, the customer came to our factory for inspection and gave high praise for our flatbed trailers. These trailers are now on their way to the Abidjan port. Here, we'd like to share some product photos and details with you.
Our standard 3 axles 40ft flatbed trailer has a load capacity of 60 tons, equipped with 13-ton axles, heavy duty mechanical suspension, and 12 pcs container locks. It can carry one 40ft container, two 20ft containers or one 20ft container, as well as bulk cargo like bagged cement and construction materials, the flatbed trailer also has rope tightener and rope hook to fix cargo.
To suit Ivory Coast road conditions, we've specially reinforced the trailer—16mm thick leaf springs and 8mm thick suspension for greater load capacity. BENHE VEHICLE use Q345 high strength steel to produce the flat deck trailer. Main beam height 500mm; Upper plate is 14 mm thick and lower plate is 16 mm thick; Middle plate is 8 mm thick; We also use double plate to reinforce the gooseneck parts. It significantly extends the vehicle's lifespan, lasting 3-5 years longer than standard flatbed semi-trailers on the market.
Our flatbed trailer side beam height 160mm, it has a very great design. We did not cut the side beam in the part of the container lock, the side beam's integrity is ensured and extends its service life. All cross beams are supported by angled brackets, with a distance of only 50cm between the two angled brackets, ensures the trailer's stability and load capacity. This flatbed trailer can handle even the toughest roads with no problem. We've got a 3mm thick anti-slip platform too. It won't bend or warp, even when you're hauling heavy loads.
When shipping, we pack 3 units flatbed semi trailers as a stack. They're transported by bulk carrier ships and placed on the deck. But don't worry—we apply anti-rust wax and cover them with waterproof tarps before leaving the factory, so they won't rust during shipment.
