Six units 3 axles, 40 foot lightweight skeleton semi trailers customized for our a Jamaican client have been successfully completed and are ready for shipment! These container trailers were ordered by our a Jamaican client in December 2025. The client sent us an inquiry on our website, our sales manager Mr, Jason contacted this customer immediately, detailed understanding of customer needs, The client main to transport 40 foot container by the trailer, and required the vehicle to be extremely lightweight. We provided a professional solution, achieving the container chassis weight of 4.2 tons, which fully satisfied the client, placed the order of 6 units skeleton trailer.

Main structure of the 3 axle 40 foot skeleton semi trailer:
Container Chassis: the skeleton trailer is made of T700 high strength steel, with a 10mm top flange, 12mm bottom flange, and 6mm vertical plate. The 12# channel beam cross members run through the two longitudinal beams, forming a dense grid structure that enhances the vehicle's sturdiness and distributes the container's pressure.
Container Twist Lock: BENHE skeleton semi trailer is equipped with 12 container twist locks to secure the container corner fittings. It can transport one 40 foot container or two 20 foot containers.

Suspension System: BENHE skeleton trailer has mechanical or air suspension, the mechanical suspensions offer strong load-bearing capacity and can adapt to various complex road conditions. Air suspension can reduce impact on cargo from bumps, though it is more expensive.
Running Gear: Includes axles, tires, and the braking system. Some models are equipped with disc brakes to enhance safety on long downhill sections.
