Jinan Benhe Machinery Co., Ltd. has recently exported a batch of tipper trailers to Ecuador. The tipper trailer is one of our company's advantage products. Our Ecuadorian client selected the three-axle, 35m³ rear dump trailer with load capacity 50 tons, and requested the addition of an electric tarpaulin system.
This tipper trailer mainly consists of the chassis, hydraulic system, cargo box, and electric tarpaulin system. The cargo box measures 10 meters in length and 2.6 meters in width and is designed for rear tipping, meaning goods are unloaded from the rear through a hydraulic lifting system. The electric tarp system covers the top of the cargo box and can be opened or closed automatically via a motor, keeping the cargo protected from the elements during transit. During operation, the hydraulic system tilts the cargo box backward, allowing the goods to slide out under gravity. The tarpaulin can be opened or closed automatically as needed, preventing the cargo from being exposed to weather or dust.
BENHE electric-tarp tipper trailer is made from high-strength T700 steel, which is lighter in weight. Compared to tipper trailers from other suppliers in the market, our trailer offers reduced weight, higher payload capacity, and better fuel efficiency. The cargo box is designed with a narrower front and wider rear. Based on the triangle principle, when the box is raised, its center of gravity remains concentrated. Even when tilted to a certain angle, the side line of the box remains perpendicular to the ground, minimizing the risk of tipping.
Electric Tarpaulin System: Uses a motor-driven slide rail structure combined with high-strength waterproof tarpaulin to enable automatic opening and closing. This eliminates the need for manual operation on top of the vehicle, improving efficiency and safety.
Rear-Dump Design: The entire rear part of the cargo box can be tilted backward for fast unloading. Compared to traditional side-tip dump trailers, it requires less space on site and boosts work efficiency.
Suspension System: Equipped with heavy-duty mechanical leaf spring suspension, suitable for rough road conditions (such as mountainous terrain) to ensure safe cargo transport. Customers may also opt for an air suspension system with a lifting function.
Main Applications: To transport sand, coal, ore, and similar materials. The enclosed tarp design effectively prevents dust and material spillage during transit.
Efficient Transport: With an effective volume of 35m³ and a load capacity of 50 tons, it increases transport volume per trip and reduces costs. It is suitable for bulk cargo such as minerals and construction materials. The robust body structure can handle demanding road conditions and is ideal for long-distance transportation.
