The bulk cement trailer suitable for bulk transportation of dry powder materials (diameter≤0.1mm), such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, particle alkali and so on.
The bulk cement trailer is mainly composed five parts: air supply system, loading tank, unloading system, running system, and accessory devices.
The diesel engine provide power to the air compressor and drive the air compressor to work and produce compressed air. Strong air pressure push the cement out of the tanker through the outlet quickly.
Start the air supply
After the diesel engine is started, the air compressor is driven to supply air to the air intake pipe.
Gas enters the tank
Enter each tank air chamber through the air inlet pipeline (the pipeline has a non-return function).
Pressure reaches 0.2Mpa
0.2Mpa is the design pressure value used by the tank. (The pipeline has a pressure limiting device)
Make sure the discharge pipe is clear
Open the blowing valve to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed and
prepare to start unloading.
Unloading
Open the discharge butterfly valve, due to the pressure difference inside and outside, the powder is transported to the storage tower through the pipeline along with the gas. (The blowing valve controls the conveying density and speed)
The manhole cover is produced by a professional manufacturer and has better pressure resistance, safety and reliability;
The product pipelines are equipped with double safety valves as standard;
Intimate service: The operating instructions and precautions of the vehicle are posted in a prominent position on the vehicle.
