Drop Side Trailers Were Shipped To Zimbabwe

Today we would like to introduce our latest order: a Zimbabwean client has purchased three drop side trailers from us, now the dropside triler has been successfully delivered. This customer purchased these side board trailers will primarily be used on his farm for transporting grain and bulk cargo. Based on the customer's requirements, our engineers prepared a design proposal along with detailed drawing. After productive discussions, both parties finalized the specific solution in a short time. The client initially intended to visit our factory but he was busy, no time visit us. Instead, our sales manager Tina made a video call to customer, show our factory and workshop to customer, which left the client highly satisfied. Following this, we signed the contract with customer, and the client made the down payment within a week.

Our production team promptly began manufacturing the order. Within three weeks, the three drop side trailers were completed. We shared photos and videos of the trailers with the client, who confirmed the inspection results were satisfactory. These drop side trailers were shipped to Beira port by bulk carrier. The client took the trailers to Zimbabwe from Beira port, customer has received the dropside trailers and provided positive feedback, noting that the actual products look even better than in the pictures and perform excellently in use. They also expressed interest in referring friends who are in need of trailers to us, citing the high quality of our side board trailers and outstanding service.
