European Style Car Carrier Will Be Sent To Kazakhstan

We have recently completed the production of a batch of European style car carriers, they will be sent to Kazakhstan soon, the client left an inquiry about car carrier trailer on our website in November 2025. Our sales manager Mr. John followed up to gain a thorough understanding of the client's specific requirements. The client needed the car transport trailer, it can load 8 cars, so our engineers designed the trailer with an overall length of 17 meters and a width of 2.5 meters. The car carrier is configured with 2 axles and has an effective load capacity of up to 28 tons.

We arranged a factory tour via video call for this Kazakhstani customer, who was highly satisfied with both our manufacturing facility and the quoted price. Finally, the client placed the order and made the deposit payment within two weeks.

Structural Features of European-style Car Carriers

Axles and Suspension

Dual-axle with dual tires or dual-axle with single tires can be selected according to load requirements. An air suspension system is recommended to enhance driving smoothness and protect the transported vehicles.

Hydraulic Control System

The car transport is equipped with a straight-type concealed hydraulic system, controlled by 5 sets of independently developed oil cylinders. It ensures stable lifting and easy operation, providing drivers with a clear view during loading and unloading for improved safety.

Double-deck Loading Platform

The upper loading platform is divided into 2–3 sections, and its height can be adjusted via hydraulic screw sets or oil cylinders. This design allows for mixed loading of various vehicle types, including sedans, SUV and MPV, and easily achieves an 8-vehicle loading capacity.

Braking and Safety Systems

The pneumatic braking system must be equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS). Additional safety features such as anti-skid devices and tire pressure monitoring systems are installed to guarantee safe long-distance transportation.

Lightweight Materials
