This client first purchased flat bed trailer from us in 2021, and this marks their second order. They run a logistics company handling domestic transport in Tanzania, as well as cross-border operations in Zambia, Rwanda, Malawi, and Burundi. After visiting our factory in 2021, they were highly satisfied with our expertise and production capacity, initially ordering 10 flat bed trailers. These trailers are still performing well, and the client has praised our product quality.

In May 2025, the client decided to expand their fleet and placed another order for 5 flatbed trailers. After production was completed, they made the final payment, and the shipment will soon depart by sea to Dar es Salaam Port, Tanzania.

We customize trailers based on client specifications. This order required a 50-ton load capacity, 40-foot length, and 12 container locks. Before production, our engineers designed the detailed drawing for client approval, ensuring all requirements are met. During production, a dedicated project manager provides real-time updates, including photos and videos, so the client can monitor progress.

How do we transport flatbed trailers? Many clients ask this. We choose the most cost-effective shipping method based on trailer quantity—options include bulk ship, roll-on/roll-off (RoRo), or container shipping. Before shipment, we apply anti-rust wax and waterproof covers to protect against sea corrosion.

Another common question: What's your warranty policy? We offer a 5-year warranty on the chassis and 1 year for other parts. If any issues arise, we provide free replacement parts and remote installation support from our after-sales team.
