Tri Axle Grain Trailer Will Be Sent To Zambia

Here's the latest update on our recent orders: we've just started production on two grain trailers for our client in Zambia. The tri axle grain trailers are currently being built and are expected to be finished by next week.

This Zambian customer is a long-term partner of our BENHE VEHICLE —this is actually their 5th time purchasing grain trailers from us. They've always been very happy with the quality of our trailers. Our products are strong, reliable, and built to last, which is why they keep coming back.

Our 3 axles grain trailer is a multi-purpose vehicle. It doesn't just carry grain, it can also transport 40 feet and 20 feet containers, the grain trailer with 12 container locks. What's really convenient is that the side boards don't need to be removed when loading container, that saves a lot of time and labor. There are also 3 small doors on each side board for grain unloading. Very user-friendly design.

Based on the customer's needs, we designed this grain trailer with a total length of 12.5 meters and a deck width of 2.5 meters. It's built with 3mm patterned steel plate and can carry up to 30 tons. It has a 3-axle system with heavy-duty mechanical suspension. The main beams are made from high-strength manganese steel—500mm in height, with a 12mm top wing, 14mm bottom wing, and 8mm vertical plate. It's more than capable of handling 30-ton loads, even on rough African roads.

We use sandblasting and baking paint technology on our grain trailers. Compared to hand-painted trailers, ours have a smoother finish and the paint sticks much better. Even when the trailer is left outside for long periods, the paint won't peel easily and the body stays rust-free. Before shipping, we also apply anti-rust wax to protect the trailer during sea transport.

Besides that, we offer a 5-year warranty on the trailer frame and a 1-year warranty on axles and other parts. If anything gets damaged during the warranty period, we will provide the spare parts to customer for free.
