Great news, everyone! Another batch of 2 axles lowbed semi trailer from our factory has been safely loaded onto a cargo ship, on its way to the Gabonese Republic in Africa!

You might be wondering—how does a deal like this actually happen, from the first conversation to the ship setting sail? Today, we will explain the detailed process to everyone.

It all started with an inquiry email from an overseas customer. The Gabonese customer found our company BENHE VEHICLE through Google search, looking for reliable and heavy-duty 2 axles lowbed trailers for local construction projects.

As soon as we received the inquiry, we got back to them immediately. Ms. Tina from our international sales team contacted with client through video calls, detailed materials, and real-time Q&A, she built trust with the client. Their biggest concerns were the load capacity and steel thickness—since road conditions in Africa can be tough, the lowbed trailer need to be very strong. We explained that Africa is one of our main markets, and we've already exported over 5,000 semi trailers there, all well-received by customers.

For this two axles lowbed trailer, the client required a 40-ton load capacity. We used high-quality manganese steel Q345, which is more flexible and resistant to cracking. The top flange is 16mm, the bottom flange is 18mm, and the web is 10mm. This configuration can handle up to 60 tons, 20 tons more than what the client asked for, making it perfectly suited for African roads.

All other lowbed trailer parts we use are also sourced from high-quality manufacturers, including axles, tires, and leaf spring suspension, all of which come with a one-year warranty. We also showed our previous production cases and quality inspection processes to the customer.

After about two weeks of communication, the customer's concerns were resolved, and we signed the proforma invoice. We clearly and explicitly wrote down all the agreed details, including the model, specifications, quantity, unit price, delivery time, and payment method, into the invoice.

After confirming the contract was satisfactory, customer transferred the deposit quickly. Upon receiving the deposit, the production workshop started the production immediately, custom-making these trailers for the customer according to the contract specifications.

Every step—from cutting, welding, assembly, and painting—was carried out to strict standards. During production, at the customer's request, we also took many on-site photos and short videos and sent them to client, allowing him, even thousands of miles away, to observe the development of his beloved vehicle in real time. The customer was thrilled! After all the vehicles were completed, they underwent over 20 factory inspections before shipment to ensure that each one met quality standards. Only then would the factory issue a certificate of conformity.

Currently, these 2 axles lowbed semi trailers are sailing on the sea and are expected to arrive at the port of Gabon soon. Before the ship arrives at the port, we provide customers with customs clearance documents.
