HOWO TX Dump Trucks Will Be Sent To Congo

We've just shipped 5 units HOWO TX dump trucks to our a Congo client. HOWO truck is very popular in Africa. China Benhe Vehicle has exported more than 500 units HOWO trucks to Africa.

This Congo customer found us through our website and sent us inquiry about our HOWO TX dump truck, we offered the TX dump truck in a range of power options—371hp, 380hp, 400hp, and 430hp. After comparing specs, customer choosed the HOWO TX 371hp 6x4 dump truck model. It's mainly for hauling sand and gravel, with loads around 40 tons—and this truck handles that with ease.

Engine:

It's powered by Sinotruk WD615.47 diesel engine, 371 hp and a strong peak torque of over 1,500 N·m.

Transmission:

This HOWO TX dump truck is equiped with the HW19710 10-speed manual gearbox, and HW70 flange-mounted power take-off. The transmission is built for tough dump operations—low gear offers plenty of torque for easy heavy-load starts, shifting is smooth and precise, and everything is tuned for reliability in demanding conditions.

Axles:

Equipped with Sinotruk's MAN-technology double-reduction axles (like the MCP16ZG model), with a rear axle ratio of 4.77 for solid pulling power.

Chassis:

The frame is a high-strength alloy steel, double-layer rolled design with a full 300mm+ vertical section height. It's built to handle rough terrain and heavy loads without flexing or twisting.

Suspension:

Multi-leaf springs up front and heavy-duty two-stage composite leaf springs at the rear, plus a stabilizer bar—so it carries the load well and stays stable on or off the road.

Body:

Standard car box measure around 5,600 x 2,500 x 1,500mm and are made from high-strength wear-resistant steel, with an 8mm floor and 6mm sideboards for extra durability.

Lift System:

We use well-known brands like Hyva and Zhongmei hydraulic system. They're stable, safe, and unload fast.

Body Design:

The U-shape body is a popular choice—it's lighter, sheds material completely, and has no corners for stuff to stick in.

Interior:

The cab is laid out practically with plenty of space. You get a mechanical suspension seat, a multi-function steering wheel, and options like A/C, central locking, and power windows to make long days more comfortable.
